GARLIC NAAN PIZZA

Are you looking for a delicious and fast meal for dinner that is packed full of fresh veggies and tons of nutrients?! Or maybe your just looking for something new to add to the dinner rotation that also doesn’t break the bank. If so.... read on! I have got the meal for you! 


This grilled naan pizza recipe is so simple and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS 
Naan bread, you can buy this pre packaged in the store for a very fair price and comes in 2 in a package.
Olive oil 
Garlic salt
Your favorite veggies or just whatever you have in your fridge 
Cheese of choice (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Drizzle your naan bread with desired amount of olive oil and add garlic salt to your liking. If you chose to add cheese, sprinkle on your desired amount, like extra cheese? Cheese it up! Like a little bit? Add a little bit, it’s your pizza! Next pile on your veggies. In my opinion, the more fresh veggies the better! I really like to make a mountain out of this sometimes! For this particular pizza, I used fresh spinach that I chopped up, mini sweet peppers that I slices thin, fresh mushrooms, fresh broccoli and avocado. Sometimes I add meat, sometimes I don’t. This time I added turkey meatballs. Those are just few ideas for you. I love adding fresh sliced tomatoes it forgot to buy some today at the grocery store. 
Next I turn on the grill to low and place my pizza/pizzas directly on the rack and heat until cheese is melted and veggies are heated up. Be carful though and make sure to watch your bread too, if left too long the bottom of your naan will burn. It doesn’t take long, maybe 5-10 minutes and dinner is ready!
